4 Q: How many days I can receive the item ?

A: You can receive the item in 10-14 working days after you make the payment .

5 Q: What is the real width of the blind?

A: In order the blind can install inside the window, the blind’s real width=the listed width less 0.2 inch. For example, if the window size is 31″*64″ , the real blind width is 31-0.2=30.8inch . So it can fit your windows better .

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
